MCCARTNEY HR Recruiting Consultants dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion in Staffing Solutions and Executive Placement.

A strategic diversity and inclusion recruiter (D&I) management plan can help your organization make the most of its diversity by creating an inclusive, equitable and sustainable culture and work environment. As a matter of fact, organizations that recognize that they are only as good as their employees should devote a great deal of time and resources to hiring the most talented individuals. Consequently, this will give your company access to a bigger pool of candidates, therefore improving the odds of hiring the best people. Employers that put people first, regardless of their race, religion, gender, age, physical disability or sexual orientation have an advantage over competitors.

Services Nationwide

McKinsey’s 2019 Diversity Wins report found that:

  • First, companies with top scores for gender diversity on executive teams were 25% more likely to experience above-average profitability than bottom companies.
  • Second, companies with more than 30% women executives were more likely to outperform companies with fewer women executives.
  • Third, companies that led in ethnic and cultural diversity had 36 percent more profitable than companies without such diversity.

Furthermore, the past several censuses have shown increased racial and ethnic diversity among the U.S. population.  If trends continue, today’s minority groups are estimated to make up the majority of the population by 2045.

With the workforce trending to become more diverse, you will want to get on the trend now. Getting the best, diverse talent now will give you an advantage over your competitors.
